The office provides all legal services related to enforceable instruments of any type (court judgments, promissory notes, bank checks within their legal validity, bills of exchange, or any other enforceable instruments). It also offers legal consultation on all enforcement procedures, covering every stage of the process and all applicable regulations until full and final execution, including representation before enforcement courts and filing insolvency petitions.

Our firm provides debt collection services for outstanding amounts owed by individuals or companies through an independent executive management team handling collection and litigation. A range of detailed services is offered, including collection, litigation, enforcement, and receipt of payments, which can be outlined as follows:

1- Communicating with defaulting clients and finding the appropriate way to repay, which may require visiting defaulting companies, institutions and individuals.
2- Sending text messages, emails, and official letters from the office to urge clients to pay in order to avoid taking the matter to court.
3- Preparing a comprehensive study and inventory of all transactions that will be received and determining what is advisable to do regarding each transaction individually.
4- Delivering to the office all customer information, original documents required to be executed, and all documents required to be brought, with a clear explanation of the amounts received from the customer and the amounts claimed.
5- In the event of contacting a client regarding a specific payment mechanism, the company is contacted and informed of whether or not the scheduling is accepted. After approval, the required scheduling agreement is prepared and the client is directed to the company’s collection department headquarters to sign it. If the client delays after signing the scheduled payment agreement, the lawsuit is filed before the competent judicial authorities.
6- Customers are urged to make payment at the company headquarters in the case of early amicable payment, and directed to make payment at the court in the event of filing a lawsuit before the competent judicial authorities.
7- Submitting enforcement requests against clients, following up on requests, and applying all prescribed regulatory provisions (including notification, suspension of services, and executive imprisonment if possible) in accordance with the enforcement system, and following up with the client after submitting the request to attempt payment.
8- Filing transactions with the competent courts in the event that the transaction falls outside the jurisdiction of the Execution Court.
9- Prepare a periodic report on the latest developments and what has been done in detail for each transaction separately.
10- Making minutes of termination of transactions, whether according to a termination agreement as signed between the two parties at the headquarters of the collection department, provided that attendance is required before the judicial authorities to prove the termination status in the event that the case is considered before those authorities.
